In my daily life, I use products from various sources, since they all serve different needs. As described on the page entitled, Bellisima Ayurvedic Inner Pharmacy, I have come to especially love some of the products I discovered while at the Chopra Center. The Chopra Center Store includes products to nurture and nourish all of our senses.
Some of my favorites are essential oil aroma blends specially formulated for each dosha. Every morning, as I sit to journal and meditate, I light one of my aroma candles, which are also formulated for each dosha. We love including Chopra spice blends in our cooking or sprinkled on a salad. My massage therapist enjoys the Chopra massage oils as much as I do–she uses the one formulated for my dosha which enhances both the experience of my massage session and its therapeutic benefits. At night, I especially love sitting down after the day’s busyness to a calming and restorative cup of Chopra organic herbal tea. You’ll find many books and audiobooks by Deepak Chopra, M.D. and David Simon, M.D. on the bookshelves in my home. Along with their books, the Chopra Store includes CDs and DVDs by Deepak, David Simon, and others connected with the Chopra Center. There is such a wonderful variety of products to choose from to enhance and enrich one’s life.
